The Tour de Force Application is a Client Server Application. Tour de Force is delivered to the user to either desktop
work stations, laptop users, pda's, or to a thin client on a Terminal Server/Citrix environment.
The Tour de Force Application connects to your Microsoft SQL Server as well as your Exchange Server if you are using Microsoft Exchange. Microsoft Exchange Server is not required but there are features within the solution that are enhanced when using Microsoft Exchange Server. Tour de Force also utilizes the Administrative Council, or what we call the TDF Admin computer. The TDF Admin computer is where many of the services and the setup Admin Council is installed. The Admin Council is used to manage the configuration and setup of the Tour de Force application at the server level.
