Optional Module
The Tour de Force Manager's Console is an optional module available in the Tour de Force Suite of products that allows manager and sale people with a functional user friendly environment to manager their territory or a group of territories from a very high level.

Quick Drill down capabilities in your Sales Funnel
Providing the drill down capabilities to quickly drill down from within a Sales Funnel to the specific opportunities that make up the Sales Funnel. Then the ability to drill down into an opportunity to see the factors open tasks, the contacts that you are working with in an opportunity, as well as all details of the opportunity.

The Manager’s Console is launch through the icon with in the Tour de Force (TDF) toolbar when the Manager’s Console is loaded if using the Business System Integration module of TDF the BSI summary view is loaded.

Quickly
The BSI summary view allows a sale rep or manager to quickly analyze one or a group of territories from a very high level. If quotes are available through the BSI connector for your business system the quotes tab will also populate.

Personalized Views for Each User
Being able to look at BSI data in a summary view users can also switch between different views of information. When navigating between views users have the ability to sort and group by fields or to easily right click and select new fields they would like to add to the view. The pre-defined views within the Manager’s Console are specific to each user within Tour de Force making the Manager's Console a personalized view at your company information.

Easy Access to ALL items
All items that are stored and maintained within TDF can be accessed through the manager’s console through the drop down in the upper left hand corner. All information that is available within Tour de Force can be quickly analyzed at a very high level or a very low level within the MC the ability to provide key summary screens is also available in the MC.
The ability to quickly drill down into all opportunity. By clicking on the drill down button all opportunity are populated to the grid providing he user to quickly and easily create and Next action step for the opportunity or to view history for the opportunity as well as launch any opportunity based templates that are available within the system.
Users also have the ability to open the item by clicking on the yellow show folder. The drill down capabilities available within the Manager's Console provide managers as well as sales people the ability to quickly analyze their territory and manage their sales funnel from a very high level snapshot view with the ability to drill down. All summery views within the manager’s console are also quickly and easily managed through the quick filters.
I also have the ability to define the options within the opportunity summary. I have the ability to summarize by sales stage, probability of close, by owner, or by account package. I also have the ability to summarize by dates or by periods.

Activity Management – Analyzing performed sales activities
IN addition to the sales summary and the opportunity summary users are also provided with an activity summary which will allow a company to analyze a sales territory to quickly drill down and analyze what activities are being performed within the given territory. Once again with the activities you are provided with the quantity of activities as well as the average duration of that activity and the ability to quickly drill down to the specific activities.

Opportunity Summary
If all you would like to do is look at the opportunity summary a very clean easy to read screen providing users with the ability to quickly analyze a sales funnel. The forecasting column provides the users with a weighted forecast value based upon the probability of close. The ability to quickly create views specific to you as a user is quick and easy.

Quickly & Easily Search and Analyze
Summary views user also have the ability to quickly analyze accounts in within your system. All items within TDF are quickly and easily accessed through the manager’s console

Type in to the Search of the Subject filter and the Manager's Console will only provide documents that have set of details with in its name. The ability to right click and view the attached document is quickly available. to the user in addition the yellow folder would allow you to open the document item. From within the manager’s console users are also provided with the ability to quickly analyze major record types. You can highlight the opportunity and look at the details of that opportunity at the bottom using the split grid within the manager’s console. By selecting contacts I can then quickly navigate through each opportunity to see the details and the contacts related to each opportunity within the grid.
