Tour de Force gives users the ability to easily log and track all correspondence associated with customers, prospects, and other business relationships.

The Tour de Force Activity form in Tour de Force can be used to track completed Activities for all of a company's business relationships. Users know what happened, as well as when the Activity happened.

The Activity Wizard is designed to allow users to enter multiple Activities into Tour de Force simultaneously. Multiple Activity items can be entered and associated with the same parent item, or multiple Activity items can be entered and associated with different parent items in the Activity Wizard window.

The Tour de Force Activity form can be used to record activities related to Prospecting and Introduction, Customer Relations, Training events, and Support requests. For example, the Tour de Force Activity form is used by companies that require sales people and customer service representatives to log all phone calls related to customers and prospects throughout the day.

For example, a sales manager can keep the Activity Wizard window open during the day to enter all of the sales calls to and from customers as the sales calls occur. Alternately, a customer service representative can enter all of the calls to and from customers for the day or week when appropriate.
