Outlining the Implementation Process

The MRH Technology Group has proven over time that the level of success a client has following the implementation of Tour de Force is directly related to how engaged the client is during the implementation process recommended by The MRH Technology Group. The implementation process utilized by The MRH Technology Group encompasses six major phases. Within each phase, there are key milestones that need to be achieved, and within each milestone, members of each Project Team are assigned specific tasks that need completed in order to successfully complete each milestone. A successful implementation also requires the commitment of all members of Project Team. Patience, attention to detail, follow through, adequate resources, planning, and preparation for training has
a significant impact on the results of the implementation process.

The MRH Implementation Process facilitates and aligns all of the business policies and procedures, as well as streamlines the customer interaction points across the company.

The implementation process utilized by The MRH Technology Group includes the following key Phases and Milestones:

Installation and Configuration Phase
• Establishing Remote Connectivity
• Base Installation and Configuration
• Installation and Set Up of BSI Connector and BSI Sync
• Define Conversion Source of Accounts, Contacts, and Other Data

Review and Discovery Phase
• *Review of Base Configuration
• *Business Process Assessment, Mapping, Documentation and Review
• *Base Training of Project Team
• *Initial Reconciliation of the BSI Data
• *Configuration of Advanced Features and Module of Tour de Force
• Delivery of “What’s in it for me?” Sessions to Sales team

Readiness Phase

* The MRH Technology Group consultant is typically onsite at the client location to deliver these services.
The implementation milestones, which lead to going live with Tour de Force, typically requires 8-12 weeks. This timeline is a general estimate, and can be expedited or extended based on the scope of the project and the amount of preparation required by the client before the Installation and Configuration phase begins.

The MRH Technology Group also highly recommends holding regular or weekly Project Status Meetings during the
implementation.
