Tour de Force sync provides users the ability to synchronize a mailbox as well as synchronize the public folders for offline use. A mailbox sync provides users the ability to synchronize appointments, contacts, notes, and task.
Sending and Receiving Emails from a Wireless Device
Because a wireless device is integrated to an Outlook mailbox all of those emails will be synchronized to that contact record using the event sync which resides on the Tour de Force exchange server.
