Tour de Force's strength is its ability to classify and manage your high-level CRM SFA needs (Account, Contact & Opportunity Management) as familiar items within Microsoft Outlook. The close relationship between Tour de Force and Outlook enables you to manage all interactions with customers using a logical, corresponding item-type within Microsoft Outlook.

gives users the ability to easily log and track all correspondence associated with customers,

The TDF Activity form in Tour de Force can be used to track completed Activities for all of a company's
business relationships. Users know what happened, as well as when the Activity happened.
The TDF Activity form can be used to record activities related to Prospecting and Introduction,
Customer Relations, Training events, and Support requests.

Appointment Management
Tour de Force integrates with the Appointment and Calendar features of Microsoft Outlook to help you manage your time-related activities. After you create an Appointment item (an appointment, meeting, or event), Tour de Force automatically links the Appointment to the respective Account, Contact or Opportunity record and places it within the private calendars of all relevant parties.
Tour de Force offers ways to organize Calendar items to help users manage appointments, meetings, and events related more efficiently. In Tour de Force , an Appointment item can be used to set up an appointment, a meeting, or an event.
Appointments can be created and maintained in multiple Calendars, as well as tracked for all time related activities associated with prospects, customers, and other business relationships that need to be maintained.
When an Appointment item is created in Tour de Force , the Appointment item is linked to the Account, Contact, or Opportunity record, as well as placed on the private Calendars of all invitees associated with the Appointment. The Appointment item in Tour de Force is a public copy of the Appointment item, while the Appointment item on the Calendar of the owner is a private copy of the Appointment item.
Email Logging
A wealth of information is stored within your e-mail server. Tour de Force logs each and every e-mail sent through your system, ensuring that no message is misplaced. Your system administrator can control which e-mails are logged and which are not.
Document Management
Using Tour de Force's simple "Quick Event" right-click interface, the document you're looking for can be found in just a few clicks.
The TDF Document form provides one central screen where all information associated with Document items in Tour de Force is maintained. This screen is used to create new Document items, as well as to display and edit information associated with the Document items that have been entered into Tour de Force
