The Manager's Console

The Tour de Force Manager's Console is an optional add-on module to the base Tour de Force product and is intended for sales managers. The Manager's Console is a MUST HAVE add-on module for companies that have implemented Business System Integration .

The Manager's Console gives managers and sales people a functional, user-friendly environment to manage their territory or a group of territories from a very high level. In addition, it allows users to quickly “drill down” in a sales funnel to the specific opportunities tat make up the sales funnel.

The Manager's Console provides managers and account managers with the ability to quickly analyze, from a very high level, the sales funnel; as well as the ability to create predefined views to analyze that funnel by sales stage, account package, or by probability.

All items that are stored and maintained in Tour de Force can be accessed through the Manger's Console. Company data that may have taken hours to gather is in this one central location. The Manager's Console is launched through the icon on the Tour de Force toolbar.


You can use t he Manager's Console to:

  • Quickly analyze sales performance of one or many sales territories
  • Set-up predefined views of key financial data and quickly jump between them
  • Analyze actual account performance and review completed or pending activities from the same
    screen
  • Provide a single user interface to analyze actual performance and pending opportunities;
  • Print your active view or export your active view with the click of a single icon
  • Perform on-screen analysis of all Tour de Force records and items for one or as many sales
    territories as desired
  • Manage territories from a very high level, with the ability to drill down into the details
  • Provides managers with a high-level overview of all items in the system
  • Easily view year-to-date sales data, AR Summary, and Open Order information
  • Choose between summary views and grid views
  • Define unlimited pre-defined views of data, specific to you as a user
