The Advanced Export Module allows for much greater analysis of data within Tour de Force , including the ability to e export and filter all standard and user-defined fields, relational exports of any two item types within Tour de Force , and out of the box support of any custom fields that are added to a Tour de Force item.

Pricing Information

The cost for the Advanced Export Module is $1000 for Enterprise users and $750 for users running the version of Tour de Force, plus 18% for Maintenance Plus support. If you are current on your existing Maintenance Plus support plan, you will receive a 50% discount on the purchase price of the software.

Advanced Export Main Screen

Relational exporting to Access, Excel and CSV file formats.

Detailed view to display and launch Personal or Global exports.

Easy access to create New exports, Copy exports, Modify existing exports, Rename any existing export or Delete any existing export.

Advanced Export Type Selection

Select to export ANY item type within Tour de Force or select to export any parent item type (Account, Contact or Opportunity) with relational items types (Notes, Tasks, Documents, Sales Activity,
Expenses, E-mail).

Advanced Export Summary Screen

  • The Export Summary screen is the interface for the user to review the summary of the export criteria and also allows the user to change any of the existing criteria of the export.

Advanced Export Field Selection Screen

  • If you're familiar with the field selection in Outlook views then you'll be right at home in selecting your fields to export.
  • Select both standard Outlook fields and user-defined fields from the primary item type (Opportunity) as well as the relational item (Contacts).
  • Select the order that the fields will appear in the export by using the Move Up and Move Down buttons.

Advanced Export Sort Screen

  • Once again, it's just like the set-up of an Outlook view. Select your fields to sort by and you're done.

Advanced Export Filtering Screen

  • Filter on any field of either item type in the export. Example; create an export of all contacts with a title of President that are linked to an Account that has a customer class of Engineering Firm. Extensive, period based, date selection criteria to allow creation of exports that will not require any modifications each time you run them. Example; Last Month, This Month, Next Six Months, Next Month.

Advanced Export Settings Screen

  • Set-up each export just the way you want it. Preset the maximum column widths, auto-fit the text within the columns and set the maximum lines per row to be displayed. Use the Alternate Column Names to change the column headers to say just want you want them to say.
