Account Management

Tour de Force is Account-centric, not Contact-centric.

Tour de Force was designed with the business-to-business sales company in mind. An Account within Tour de Force usually represents a relationship with another company with which your company does business.

Accounts can be "parents" to virtually any item in the Tour de Force hierarchy. This fact allows you to link virtually unlimited information to an Account while the Account itself remains unchanged.

Account Packages contain the Accounts, Appointments, Contacts , Documents , Emails , Expenses,Notes, Opportunities , Sales Activities , Support items, and the Tasks folders associated with an Account.

The number of Account Packages needed by an organization depends on:

  1. the level of information that needs to be shared within a company,
  2. the degree of security required in the organization,
  3. the level of synchronization needed for offline or remote users,
  4. and the flexibility required for exporting and reporting data.

Organizations typically create an Account Package for each sales territory or salesperson in the company.

  • Custom views available within Outlook® to view all Accounts by UDFs/Categories
  • Control of Account add/edit/delete capabilities through User permissions

  • Integrated SIC/NAICS look-up for all Accounts
  • Integration of key sales and financial data from your business operating system through use of Tour de Force Business System Integration modules
  • Tour de Force Business System Integration modules available for DISC®, Exchequer®, FACTS, Fourth ShiftT, MAS 90®, MAS 200T, Prelude, Prophet 21T and Solomon® software packages.
