Minimum Initial Purchase
After you register and choose your proposed selling level, we will contact you regarding your first order. This initial order may consist of any combination of Mailbox, Public Folder, or Enterprise Edition licenses whose list price meets or exceeds the Minimum Initial Purchase.

Example: If you register as a Gold Reseller, your initial purchase's list value must exceed $2500. The price you will actually pay will be $2500 less the 20% discount for Gold Resellers, or $2000. Annual Minimum Annual Minimum is the list amount of EPM licenses you'll need to sell in order to maintain your discount level. If you are classified as a Diamond Reseller but do not meet the $25,000 minimum over the course of the year, your discount level will be downgraded to the level of Gold Level, or 20%, and so on. Discount Level The level of discount at which you are able to purchase EPM licenses. After your initial bulk purchase (Gold and Diamond only) you will be able to purchase single licenses at the discounted rate, and continue purchasing at that level, so long as you meet the annual minimum selling level.
